General Forming Process
Utilizes heat treatment to improve formability and strength, shaping metal sheets into the required geometries for structural components in aircraft and space launch vehicles.





Skin Forming Process
Applies tensile force to sheet or profile material to form complex curved surfaces against a die, producing fuselage skins and other curved structural components.





Hot Forming Process
Forms titanium sheet at ultra-high temperatures above recrystallization, producing structural components used for heat resistance, thermal shielding, ballistic protection, and other specialized aircraft applications.
